On dad’s 80th birthday in March my amazing niece surprised us all with an impromptu concert in the restaurant we’d gone to. That her dad had challenged her with some money which she quickly worked out to be a payment of 100Nkr per minute in no way diminishes my admiration for her gutsy performance.
